Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced – for any type of product or service. These guys were swamped with work and were able to fit in my request without missing their deadline. They even showed me around the shop and talked me through the process. Once it was done, they called me a few weeks later just to check in.

Potential EVW customers:  You may be wondering if EVW would do a good job wrapping your vehicle.  My experience indicates that they will do a FANTASTIC job.  My Porsche Cayenne got the full wrap treatment (pearl satin white), while my wife’s Audi A4 got the paint protective film.  Both vehicles looked absolutely stellar!

Heard about this place through a tint company in Waldorf. I contacted Bobby the same day and through a series of emails he answered all my questions and put me at ease that this was truly a well oiled professional entity. I dropped off my Model S for xPel clear bra on a Saturday and it was ready on Wednesday. Real beautiful work! To top it off he even charged my car for me. Talk about going above and beyond! Lol. I can’t say enough great things about these guys! They wrapped my Alfa in Xpel protective wrap. You can’t even tell. The car looks AMAZING. I am the Pre-Owned Manager at Ourisman CDJR of Bowie. We had a customer that wanted a new Jeep in Orange that is no longer made and couldn’t be located in the country. I contacted Bobby and asked about the possibilities and we set a tentative date. A couple days before the date I called to confirm and found there had been an error in scheduling (in the automotive industry it’s not uncommon) and the shop was booked. However, Bobby assured me he would take care of it and move things around. There were zero issues whatsoever and done before we expected.
